Qué datos trata el juego

• Tu partida (progreso, opciones) se guarda solo en tu dispositivo. No hay cuentas.
• Datos de juego (beta). Para mejorar el juego, se envían a nuestro propio servidor datos anónimos de cómo juegas: sesiones, rondas, aciertos y fallos, decisiones en la academia, errores técnicos, versión, plataforma, idioma y tamaño de pantalla. Van ligados solo a un identificador aleatorio creado al instalar el juego; no incluyen tu nombre, cuentas ni identificadores del dispositivo, y tu dirección IP no se guarda con ellos. No se comparten con nadie. Puedes desactivarlo en Opciones → Datos de uso. Se conservan como máximo 12 meses.
• Opiniones. Si usas el botón Opinión, se abre tu app de correo con un mensaje para support@hiramekistudios.com que incluye el identificador anónimo de la partida, la versión, la plataforma y el idioma, para relacionarlo con los datos de juego. Solo lo recibimos si lo envías; guardamos tu mensaje y tu dirección de correo para responderte.
• Anuncios (opcionales). En Android el juego usa Google AdMob para mostrar anuncios que tú eliges ver a cambio de un extra. AdMob puede tratar el identificador de publicidad del dispositivo, datos del dispositivo y de la red (como la dirección IP) y tu interacción con los anuncios, para mostrarlos, medirlos y prevenir fraude. En el Espacio Económico Europeo, Reino Unido y Suiza se te pide el consentimiento al abrir el juego (Google User Messaging Platform) y puedes cambiarlo en Pausa → Privacidad. • Compras. La compra única "Apoya el juego" se procesa con Google Play. No recibimos tus datos de pago.
• Google Play Juegos (Android, opcional). Si has iniciado sesión en Google Play Juegos, el juego lo usa para desbloquear logros, publicar tus puntuaciones en sus clasificaciones y guardar una copia de tu progreso (tu partida) en tu cuenta de Google, para que puedas seguir en otro móvil. Google recibe tu id de jugador y tu perfil de Play Juegos (nombre y avatar, visibles para otros según la configuración de tu perfil), los logros y puntuaciones que consigues y tu partida guardada. No recibimos los datos de tu cuenta de Google. Puedes cerrar sesión, cambiar quién ve tu perfil o borrar estos datos en la app Google Play Juegos o en tu cuenta de Google. El juego no está dirigido a menores de 13 años.

Tus derechos

Puedes borrar la partida desde las opciones del juego o desinstalándolo, retirar el consentimiento de anuncios en Pausa → Privacidad y escribirnos a support@hiramekistudios.com para cualquier consulta sobre tus datos.

• Your game save (progress, options) stays on your device. There are no accounts.
• Play data (beta). To improve the game, anonymous data about how you play is sent to our own server: sessions, rounds, hits and misses, academy choices, technical errors, version, platform, language and screen size. It is linked only to a random id created when the game is installed; it holds no name, accounts or device identifiers, and your IP address is not stored with it. It is never shared. Turn it off in Options → Play data. Kept for at most 12 months.
• Feedback. The Feedback button opens your mail app with a message to support@hiramekistudios.com that includes the anonymous game id, version, platform and language, so we can match it with the play data. We only receive it if you send it; we keep your message and email address to answer you.
• Ads (optional). On Android the game uses Google AdMob to show ads you choose to watch for an in-game extra. AdMob may process the device advertising ID, device and network data (such as the IP address) and ad interactions to serve, measure and protect ads. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent when the game starts (Google User Messaging Platform) and can change it in Pause → Privacy. See how Google uses data.
• Purchases. The one-time "Support the game" purchase is processed by Google Play. We never receive your payment details.
• Google Play Games (Android, optional). If you are signed in to Google Play Games, the game uses it to unlock achievements, post your scores to its leaderboards and keep a copy of your progress (your save) in your Google account, so you can continue on another phone. Google receives your Play Games player id and profile (name and avatar, visible to others according to your Play Games profile settings), the achievements and scores you earn and your saved game. We do not receive your Google account details. You can sign out, change who sees your profile or delete this data in the Google Play Games app or your Google account. See Google's privacy policy.

The game is not directed at children under 13. You can delete your save from the game options or by uninstalling, withdraw ad consent in Pause → Privacy, and write to support@hiramekistudios.com about your data.
